What costs are NOT included?

Costs owned by the executing SGIs (brokerage commissions, custody fees), market taxes, and diaspora FX fees remain billed to the end client. Inopay does not charge any additional transaction commission.

How does the revenue share with MoMo operators work?

In production, the operator pays a negotiated revenue share on the volume routed via Inopay. The exact percentage is set at the end of the pilot based on actual volume and scope.

Are there hidden fees on diaspora FX?

Inopay never touches the funds. FX is handled by the partner bank or PSP chosen by the client, with a spread documented transparently in the portal. Inopay collects no FX commission.

Question 4

Do you accept payments in USD/EUR for international contracts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Bank Enterprise and SGI Enterprise contracts can be billed in USD or EUR for pan-African and international groups. Reference rate is set at kickoff and adjusted annually.

Question 5

What happens if we want to terminate?

Accepted Answer

On the pilot, no termination is needed: it ends at term. In production, exit clauses guarantee KYC portability, data export, and a 90-day notice period. No exit penalty.
